My Energy Reading Process: From Human Design to Aura Alignment
Curious about what really happens in an intuitive energy reading? Here’s the full breakdown of my approach- from gathering your Human Design chart info to decoding aura colors and using a pendulum for chakra clarity!
Step 1: Pre‑Session Form & Human Design Brief
After booking, you’ll be sent a form to fill out to share your birth details (date, time, place) so I can run your Human Design Chart (my readings include a “brief” general HD reading)
I generate your Human Design chart and start tuning into your energy field before we meet. This stage is important because info can roll in for awhile prior to our mini-session.
Step 2: Intuitive Aura Reading
Using my intuitive mind and body, I tune-in to get a sense your aura colors and energy field.
These impressions tell a story- about emotional patterns, gifts, and blocks. As an intuitive, it’s difficult to explain how this works, but I get intuitve, mental, and physical sensations that help paint a picture or “energetic snapshot” of your field.
When it comes to your “colors”, a vairety of factors are at play including color intensity, location, and any other intuitive information gathered during this reading.

Step 3: Pendulum Chakra Reading
I use a pendulum while I review each chakra to detect imbalances, blockages, that sort of thing!
Please note- I am not a Yoga person, but energy centers have been reported across cultures throughout human history. I use the Chakra system because it is clear and direct, and easily recognizable to most.
This structured method reveals where you may be feeling energetically “stuck” or thriving. Ultimately, I use the pendulum just to backup and confirm intuitive insights.
Step 4: Additional Insights and Messages
I also tune into any messages or insights from your field, guides, etc. This part is especially difficult to explain, but occassionally I will get additional insights from a person’s reading including visions, messages, or a sense of “guides”.
