The Delusionally Sexy cirriculum includes education elements on energetics, mindset, shadow work, along with rituals and practices to help support your nervous system and lull your brain and spirit into relaxing into a space where deep subconscious shifts can take place. There will be 6 1:1 coaching calls where we will work through these topics together.
The Delusionally Sexy Course is broken up into 12 weeks of 6 modules, with one coaching call per module, and frequent check-ins, reminders, support, and loving kicks in the ass from Mandi.
